Scrambled Egg

Ingredients
- 3 free-range Eggs
- Splash of Milk
- 2 tsp Butter
- Salt (Optional)
Instructions
- Wash your hands
- Heat a frying pan over a medium heat. Melt a teaspoon of butter in the pan so the base and sides are covered.
- Crack 3 eggs into a bowl. Lightly beat with a fork until the yolks and whites are combined.
- Add a splash of milk and continue whisking
- Add salt (optional)
- Pour in the eggs to a pre-heated pan and stir immediately with a fork/wooden spoon
- Keep stirring gently as they cook to break up the egg and help it to ‘scramble’. This should take 3–5 minutes.
- When done, gently remove the egg to a serving plate.
