Scrambled Egg

Learn how to make perfect scrambled eggs with this easy recipe. A bit of salt and pepper for flavour, a little butter to cook, and fresh eggs is all you need for a perfect breakfast.


Scrambled Egg

Task

Plan, cook, serve and clear away this meal for at least two people.

Ingredients
  • 3 free-range Eggs
  • Splash of Milk
  • 2 tsp Butter
  • Salt (Optional)
Instructions
  1. Wash your hands
  2. Heat a frying pan over a medium heat. Melt a teaspoon of butter in the pan so the base and sides are covered.
  3. Crack 3 eggs into a bowl. Lightly beat with a fork until the yolks and whites are combined.
  4. Add a splash of milk and continue whisking
  5. Add salt (optional)
  6. Pour in the eggs to a pre-heated pan and stir immediately with a fork/wooden spoon
  7. Keep stirring gently as they cook to break up the egg and help it to ‘scramble’. This should take 3–5 minutes.
  8. When done, gently remove the egg to a serving plate.
  9. Enjoy
