Cake in a Mug

Sometimes we all just have cravings for a little something sweet and this Chocolate Marshmallow Mug Cake is perfect for those occasions.

Task

Make your own Chocolate Marshmallow Mug Cake

Resources

• 1 free-range egg
• 3 tablespoon butter
• 2 teaspoon sugar
• 1 tablespoon Self Raising Flour
• 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
• 25 grams chocolate
• 5 mini marshmallows

Instructions

1. In a large microwave safe mug, add the egg, butter, flour, sugar and cocoa powder
2. Whisk well with a fork until the mixture is well combined
3. Microwave for around 45 seconds
4. Sprinkle the marshmallows and chocolate over the cake
5. Microwave for 60 seconds, or until the cake is just cooked through.
6. Enjoy!
