Faroese Cake
An easy to make dessert, traditionally prepared by families on the Faroe Islands.
Always cooking and baking, people from Faeroe Islands have a large number of festivals and national holidays which engage culinary traditions. Special dishes are cooked to honour a number of follow days inlcuding: Olaifest celebrated on the 29th of July, New Year’s Day and Easter.

Ingredients
- 1x Large Sponge Flan Case
- 1 x 500 g Golden Marzipan
- 300g Double Cream (ready to use)
- 6 x Crunchie Bars
- 1 x Medium bar of chocolate to grate
- Small amount of Icing Sugar
