Garden Poppy
Task
Create your own garden poppy
Resources
- Clean Bottle
- Scissors
- Permanent Marker
- Red Paint
- Green Flower Stick
- Glue Gun
- Black Plastic Bag
- Green Tape / Paper
Instructions
- Cut the bottle, 15cm from the lid
- Draw petals around the top part of the bottle
- Paint the inside of lid red & allow to dry
- Pierce a hole through the centre of the bottle cap
- Feed the stick through the hole in the bottle cap and glue into place. Around 2cm depth.
- Attach green tape or paper along the flower stick and cut a leaf shape
- Cut up a strip of black plastic bag and secure to the centre of the poppy
- Reattach the bottle (poppy) and lid (stem)
- Use green tape or paper to cover the lid
* Care to be taken using scissors
