3 free-range Eggs
Splash of Milk
2 tsp Butter
Salt (Optional)
Instructions
Wash your hands
Heat a frying pan over a medium heat. Melt a teaspoon of butter in the pan so the base and sides are covered.
Crack 3 eggs into a bowl. Lightly beat with a fork until the yolks and whites are combined.
Add a splash of milk and continue whisking
Add salt (optional)
Pour in the eggs to a pre-heated pan and stir immediately with a fork/wooden spoon
Keep stirring gently as they cook to break up the egg and help it to ‘scramble’. This should take 3–5 minutes.
When done, gently remove the egg to a serving plate.
