Blackdown District 2025 AGM

Blackdown District Scout Council is holding its 2025 Annual General Meeting as follows:

Date & time: Monday 28th April at 7.30pm.

Location: Tangier Scout & Guide Centre, Taunton, TA1 4AS.

All parents, Scouts and volunteers are invited to join us to reflect on some brilliant moments from the year.  Besides Scout Council governance matters, this is our opportunity each year to review and celebrate the previous Scouting year (1 Jan – 31 Dec 2024), and all that we achieved both as a District, and for and on behalf of the young people who make our Scouting community. We look forward to seeing as many people as possible attend.

• Agenda – AGM 2025 – Blackdown District Scout Council
• Annual Review
• Scout Association Constitution for a Scout District (Chapter 5 of POR)

As no paper copies of these documents will be provided at the meeting, please either print them off or download to your tablet or other device if you’re able to and familiarise yourself with them before the meeting.

Paper copies of the annual review will be available.

Uniform and awards to be worn if appropriate.
